Sugar Flower Cake Shop recently appeared as part of the 35th annual Macy’s Flower Show, entitled Dream in Color. From April 5-19, the Herald Square store (as well as other Macy’s stores around the country) was completely transformed into an exquisite urban paradise. Amy DeGiulio, owner of Sugar Flower Cake Shop, divulged trade secrets about what sugar flowers are made of and showed off how to create three different kinds of flowers.
